As you leave the baggage claim area, you'll receive the exact location of your vehicle: floor and space number. Once you're by the car, sign the digital contract and unlock it; the physical keys are in the glove compartment, along with the parking ticket (under €5).

Most of our customers enjoy their hire cars worry-free and without a deposit, since they book our Infinity package. If you book the basic rate and decide not to take out full coverage, you'll need to leave a deposit equal to the excess amount (depending on the vehicle category).
The deposit is made with a valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) in the name of the main driver. It cannot be made with a debit card, prepaid card, virtual card, Wallet card, Apple Pay, American Express, or cash.
You'll still need to leave a deposit for the excess amount, since that contract is between you and a third party.
Yes, if you book the Infinity package. With Infinity you can pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card, or a Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro debit card. With the basic rate, only credit cards are accepted.
ID card or passport, and your driving license; if your license is written in a non-Roman alphabet, you'll also need an international driving permit. All documents must be presented in original format or directly from the issuing authority's official app, photos or photocopies are not accepted.
Your flight number and boarding pass are requested before finalizing the contract. You must arrive on a flight the same day and around the time of your pickup, and provide a valid flight number on the booking form; if there's any doubt, your return flight may also be checked. If you don't pick up the vehicle within 59 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking may be canceled without notice. If the contract holder or any of the drivers fails to provide the required documentation, the vehicle cannot be handed over.
It includes full coverage for the exterior of the vehicle. It does not include: interior damage, theft, loss or damage of the key, damage to the underside or roof, engine or engine compartment damage, structural damage, damage caused by driver negligence or breach of the rental contract, damage from traffic violations, theft or fire of the vehicle, or damage from natural disasters.
Short-term hires cannot exceed 25 days. Contract extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be arranged in person at Moovers offices.
Yes, although you're not allowed to cross into France or Portugal, or enter Andorra or Gibraltar with the hired vehicle.
If you booked through our website, email info@moovers.es with your booking number and the reason for cancellation. It's free up to 24 hours before the pickup date and time; within those last 24 hours, it's only refundable with the Infinity or Fly&Drive packages.
Fly&Drive is an all-inclusive rate where the pickup and return process is fully self-service, carried out in the airport or train station parking lot. The signature and initial unlocking of the vehicle are 100% digital and secure, straight from your phone, with our support team available if needed.
A credit card is required, as a €100 fuel deposit is taken at the time of pickup. Debit or prepaid cards are not accepted: the credit card must be in the name of the main driver.
