From how to book a vehicle to our fuel and insurance policies, we have gathered all the information you need to make your experience easy and hassle-free. Most of our customers enjoy our rental vehicles without worries and without a deposit, as they book our Infinity package.

If you book our basic rate and choose not to take our full coverage, you will need to leave a deposit equal to the excess amount (depending on the vehicle category).

The deposit will be made with a valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) in the name of
the main driver. It is not possible to make the deposit with a debit card or prepaid card. Virtual cards, Wallet cards, Apple Pay, American Express, or cash payments are not accepted.

If you have taken insurance with an external company, you will need to leave a deposit equal to the excess amount, as the contract or agreement is between you and a third party.

Car rental with a debit card is possible if you book our Infinity package. With Infinity, you can pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card or a Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro debit card. You can also pay with a debit card if you take our full coverage (Super Cover).

The following documents are required for vehicle pickup:

  • ID/Passport
  • A valid driver’s license for all designated drivers on the contract. The customer will need to present the international driving permit:
    • When their driver’s license is not from the EU or the UK and is not listed in the DGT agreements.
    • When their driver’s license is written in a different alphabet than the Roman one.
  • The flight number and/or boarding pass will be provided at the time of booking. If the customer has not picked up the vehicle within 59 minutes from the scheduled pickup time, the reservation MAY BE canceled WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

*The flight number and/or boarding pass will be requested prior to finalizing the contract. Please note that to rent the car, you must arrive on a flight on the same day and time as your pickup and provide a valid flight number in the booking form. In case of doubts or discrepancies, we will also check the return flight. The boarding pass will be requested at the counter. If the customer does not have this information, we reserve the right not to provide the vehicle.

All documents presented must be in original format or provided directly through the relevant authority’s digital application. Photos, photocopies, or similar documents will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If the contract holder and all drivers listed in the contract do not provide the required documentation, it will not be possible to deliver the vehicle.

The Infinity coverage and/or Super Cover includes full coverage for the exterior of the vehicle.

Under no circumstances are the following covered:

  • Damage to the inside of the vehicle.
  • Theft, loss, or damage to the key.
  • Damage to the undercarriage and roof.
  • Damage to the engine and/or engine compartment.
  • Structural damage.
  • Damage caused by driver negligence (or under any circumstances that violate the rental contract conditions).
  • Damage resulting from violating road traffic and safety laws.
  • Theft or fire of the vehicle.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters.

Short-term rentals cannot exceed 25 days.

Extensions of contracts are subject to vehicle availability. You must go to Moovers offices to make this request.

Alicante:

Crossing the border is not allowed. You are only allowed to drive the vehicle within the Peninsula.

Palma de Mallorca:

It is not allowed to load a rental car onto a ship, ferry, or any other means of transportation. Rental cars at Palma de Mallorca Airport can only be driven on the island of Mallorca.

If you booked through our website and wish to cancel your reservation, please send an email to info@moovers.es with your booking number and the reason for the cancellation.

Cancellation policy:

More than 24 hours before the vehicle pickup date and time -> Free

Within 24 hours before the vehicle pickup date and time -> Only refundable with Infinity package.
