Compañía perfecta, reservé a través de Do You Spain por primera vez, check-in fácil, el coche ya estaba listo... pedí un SUV y me dieron un Mercedes estupendo con solo 3000 km en el odómetro... comunicación por WhatsApp y correo electrónico... sin mostrador, se abre de forma remota y puedes seguir con tus asuntos, devolverlo fue igual de fácil... ya he reservado directamente por WhatsApp de nuevo... Very professional and organised. We booked online when we arrived in alicante and a gentleman rang us shortly after to ask when we would like collected. He arrived very shortly after. All seemless collection. Same for the drop off and transfer back to the airport, took us less that 10 mins from drop off to arriving at airport.

This company are first class, we have been hiring cars in Spain for the past 15 years and Moovers are far and away the best we have encountered - this is how car hire should be. They are a relatively new company and so far, we have used them 4 times at Alicante and on each occasion the service has been excellent with every member of staff that you meet, friendly and courteous. What we particularly like is that they photograph the car when you collect and so any damages are properly logged and transparent. We returned a car yesterday, and even though we were dealt with by a member of staff on his first day we had no problems and felt the service was once again first class. If their prices remain competitive and they maintain their service levels, Moovers are going to do exceptionally well and we will book with them every time !!

I usually use other rental companies like RecordGo and Wiber, but due to a late booking, I decided to try Moovers. It’s rare for me to leave a review, but this experience was on another level.
