How to Pick Up Your Moovers Vehicle in Palma de Mallorca
Booking and Online Check-in
Ready to start your adventure? Make sure you book your vehicle on our website. Once confirmed, complete the mandatory online check-in through this link: Check-in Online. This step is essential – without it, vehicle pickup will not be possible.
Important: We reserve the right to cancel bookings without a properly completed online check-in.
Arrival at the Airport
Once you touch down at Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI):
- Collect your luggage.
- Head to the arrivals terminal.
- Follow the signs for the AENA Parking.
- If you’re on the ground floor, cross the road to the parking area and take the elevator or stairs up to the 4th floor.
- If you’re on the first floor, use the tunnel to reach the parking lot.
Locate Your Vehicle
When you reach the 4th floor of the parking lot, head to the designated parking spot we’ve shared with you. You’ll receive instructions via email and WhatsApp 24 hours before your pickup, including a special link provided by Eccocar that will be activated 1 hour before your reservation. This link lets you:
- Remotely lock and unlock your vehicle.
- Find your vehicle on a map using GPS.
💡 Make sure your phone is fully charged and has a data connection to use this feature smoothly.
Vehicle Access and Physical Key
- Use the Eccocar link to unlock your vehicle.
- Inside the vehicle, you’ll find the keys in the spot indicated in the instructions.
Parking Entry and Exit
Your vehicle’s license plate is registered with the AENA system, allowing for automatic barrier access when entering and exiting the parking lot. If you encounter any issues, just reach out to us for real-time support.
Returning Your Vehicle
When your Mallorca adventure comes to an end:
- Return the vehicle to the 4th floor of the same parking lot.
- Place the physical key in the designated spot, as mentioned in the instructions.
- Use the same Eccocar link to lock the vehicle.
- Send a quick photo of the parking space via WhatsApp or email. If you can’t snap a pic, just give us a call to confirm the location.
